On January 23rd 1997, Tori Amos gave a benefit concert at the Madison Square Garden for RAINN, the anti-sexual assault organization that she co-founded in July 1994. The show launched the Unlock the Silence Campaign sponsored by Calvin Klein to raise awareness of sexual violence. Tori was accompanied on some tracks by her guitarist Steve Caton and she played her Bösendorfer and clavichord. It was the very last concert of the Boys for Pele era and one of Tori’s most stunning performances ever captured on video.

The video was released in November 1997 in Europe and in February in Canada but , due to copyright issues with the US channel Lifetime who partly aired the show, the VHS wasn’t available in the United States. Full Article coming soon!
