"Snow Angel" is one of the original Tori Amos compositions on Midwinter Graces. It refers to the legend of angels and to the winter practice of "snow angels" (children falling on the snow and stretching their arms eagle-like to make imprints which have the shape of an angel). In the song, the children seem to have a special relationship to angels or the invisible ("the children know this/that she will come to them") but beyond that, the same way "Star of Wonder" talks about the sun, "Snow (...)
